To secure the best tenants for your property we always use professional, fully verified referencing companies. We also offer a nil deposit arrangement, which makes your property more attractive, offers you more protection, and means we can let your property faster.

We partner with a market-leading provider to offer a competitive and comprehensive rent & legal protection policy, which takes care of any unexpected conflicts or losses that may arise. The policy will pay out up to 15 months’ rent or until vacant possession, whichever comes first. All the hard work is done on your behalf to recover any outstanding rent and to make sure you don’t lose out during the process – and, while your property is vacant, the policy will pay 75% of rent arrears for two months.

Should your property require any maintenance, our dedicated in-house trades team can offer a full –or partial- service, depending on how hands-on you want to be. Our state-of-the-art diagnostic system, Fixflo, accurately filters any reported issues, resulting in fewer wasted trips for contractors, saving you time and money.
