    Effective from Monday, October 30th, we will be operating under the name DJ Alexander. We wanted to take this opportunity to provide you with some key details regarding this transition.

    For our landlords

    First and foremost, we want to assure you that our team remains the same, and you can expect to receive the same high level of service that we take pride in. However, from Monday onwards, our team will be corresponding with you using their DJ Alexander email addresses. Any emails sent to Stonehouse will be automatically forwarded to our new email accounts during the transition process.

    Rest assured that your dedicated property manager will continue to be your main point of contact and will remain responsible for your property.

    While your rental statements will remain unchanged, they will now feature the DJ Alexander logo and very soon be available 24/7 in your brand new DJ Alexander My Account. 

    For our tenants

    Rest assured, our team remains the same and we are committed to providing you with the same exceptional level of service that we pride ourselves on. From Monday onwards, you will receive all correspondence from our team through their DJ Alexander email addresses. Any emails sent to Stonehouse will be automatically forwarded to the new email accounts as we transition.

    Reporting a repair

    Please use Fixflo to report any maintenance issues. If you have already logged a maintenance issue using Fixflo, we kindly ask that you report it again so that we can address it as quickly as possible.

    Standing orders

    Regarding rent payments, we kindly request that you instruct your bank to set up a standing order to ensure future payments are made to us. Our bank details will be sent to you via email correspondence so please look out for that

    Please make sure to include your postcode and flat/house number as the reference when setting up the standing order. This will help us match the payment to your account accurately.
