The West End is within easy commuting distance to Westhill, Dyce and the City Centre. There are many restaurants and bars with a great reputation throughout the area. There is also easy access to Garthdee from Anderson Drive where you will find large supermarkets, gyms and plenty of shops. The West End is a popular area to live as there are so many facilities on your doorstep or within a short commute.

What not to expect

The demand to live in the West End has driven prices up so finding a bargain isn't always possible. Families are generally drawn to the area to be in the catchment areas for schools - so don't expect to be woken up at 2am from a house party (fingers crossed anyway!)

The buildings are generally built from granite, with high ceilings which is hard not to fall in love with. The easy access to the shops, theatre and Union Street is a pleasant walk on a sunny day. Surrounding areas have lovely parks also with beautiful gardens.
