An Aberdeen-based leasing agency has revealed it is on track to reach a turnover of £4 million for its current financial year, and this is forecast to rise to £5 million by the end of 2012.
For the last three years, the company has achieved double digit growth in profit and is on target to achieve this again in the current financial year.
Commenting on the growth figures, Stonehouse Property finance director Ross Murray said:
“We are delighted to be able to report such a significant increase in turnover over the past three years, despite the reported downturn in the property sector. This can be attributed to the expertise within our team, which has allowed us to offer a specialist service for high-end corporate and professional leasing across the city."
“We intend to continue this growth throughout 2011 and have started the year off extremely positively with a busy month, both in terms of new properties and new tenancies. We are on track to achieve 25% growth over the course of the coming year and are currently recruiting in order to ensure our service levels are maintained.”
