We are continually expanding our reach through the use of these portals and the other websites they feed into. We believe that it is vitally important that a prospective tenant gets to see as much of the property as possible before any viewing, so we put a great deal of emphasis on internal photography. Only when circumstances prevent us from photographing a property fully will we limit the images to just an external photograph. We have an interior designer on staff in order to maximise the presentation possibilities of our properties. We are very aware that the presentation of a property is vital in order to differentiate it in a competitive marketplace. We work closely with all the main relocation consultancies that operate in Aberdeen. These consultancies assist many of the oil industry firms to find accommodation for their staff when they move to Aberdeen. It is therefore essential that we continually update these relocation specialists. Our relationships with them are key to ensuring that our properties are promoted in the corporate market.
