Stonehouse Property Management and Leasing was established in 2001 by property owner and landlord Lynne Watson, who has owned and leased property in and around Aberdeen for over 15 years, providing a wealth of insight and experience. With a background in architecture, Lynne is well placed to look after property, with a sound knowledge of buildings and services and access to a range of reliable and proven tradesmen. Lynne's personal approach to property leasing has proven very successful over the years and the business has grown steadily based on reputation. Lynne now employs 6 members of staff and the company manages well over 200 properties. Co-director of Stonehouse Property is Michael Watson, whose background in marketing and IT provides the relevant expertise that the company requires to effectively market its portfolio of property. Michael is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and also takes the lead in advertising and promotion, ensuring a consistently high turnover of properties. Stonehouse Property deals primarily with new build, high quality property in and around Aberdeen city centre, working closely with investors to identify and secure the best rental properties on the market which in turn attracts a high calibre of tenant. Our knowledge of the Aberdeen corporate sector allows us to market all our properties to the right client base and our wide range of contacts ensures that they will receive maximum exposure. Our company is able to offer investors and property owners a holistic approach which goes right through from assisting in identifying appropriate buy to let properties; flooring and furnishing the property; finding tenants and managing the tenancies; and looking after the on-going maintenance and repair of the property and furnishings.
