With 24-hour on-line access to a regularly updated list of available properties on the Stonehouse Property website, prospective tenants can contact us at any time to register their interest in a property and viewings can be arranged outwith working hours if required. All of our properties will have an inventory prepared prior to the commencement of a tenancy by an independent company, and this cost will be shared equally between Landlord and Tenant. During the course of the tenancy regular inspections will be carried out allowing tenants to make us aware of any issues that may require attention. If you wish to rent a property from us we will require two references and a deposit (which is equal to one months rent) in order to proceed. Stonehouse will not charge tenants for credit checking or referencing unless they are unable to provide standard references (such as current employer and previous landlord) in which case potential costs will be discussed in full before proceeding. Some properties advertised on this website will be managed by the landlords themselves, but most are leased and managed by Stonehouse. All properties are checked regularly to ensure quality and compliance with laws and regulations.
