Please ensure before submitting this form that you have already checked the following:
Power source to appliance is switched on
Fuse has not tripped on circuit breaker
Nothing is stuck in the appliance (such as food in a dishwasher)
The appliance is clean – e.g. soap drawer, filters etc.
You have checked the instruction manual’s “troubleshooting” section
Please be aware that if the engineer fails to find a fault or the fault is found to be due to user error then we reserve the right to pass the call out charge on to the tenant.
