Stonehouse Property Management and Leasing was established in 2001 and is now known as one of the premier leasing agencies in Aberdeen City and Shire. Our company is able to offer investors and property owners a holistic approach which goes right through from assisting in identifying appropriate buy to let properties; advising on financing and taxation; flooring and furnishing the property; finding tenants and managing the tenancies; and looking after the on-going maintenance and repair of the property and furnishings.
Stonehouse Property has gone from strength to strength growing our staff numbers from just 8 to 19 in the last two years. Having an in-house Leasing, Finance, Maintenance, Cleaning and Property Management team allows us to continue to provide our excellent service and we now have approximately 500 properties in our portfolio, which are primarily new builds and of a high quality for prospective tenants.
Our professional relationships with mortgage, insurance, financial and surveyance providers allows us to work with you as an investor to identify and secure the best rental properties on the market which in turn attract a high calibre of tenant. Being primarily based in Aberdeen, our knowledge of the local corporate sector allows us to market all of our properties to the right client base and our wide range of contacts ensures that they will receive maximum exposure.
