The maintenance division was set up primarily to support Stonehouse Property Management and Leasing in order to ensure a consistent, cost-effective maintenance service for its landlords and tenants. Stonehouse is now able to take care of all the legal requirements associated with property leasing such as Landlord’s Gas Safety certificates and PAT testing.

In addition to this, the company is also able to undertake all aspects of property maintenance for external clients as well as for its current client base, and can provide competitive quotes for large projects such as a central heating system, a new kitchen or bathroom refurbishment.

The department is headed up by maintenance manager Peter Emmerson. Peter is a qualified Gas Safe engineer, water regulations qualified plumber, and a certified electrician. Peter is supported by a team of highly experienced and professional tradesmen who between them offer a wide variety of skills.

All members of Stonehouse Property Maintenance Division are uniformed, safety checked and fully trained. They will always treat a client’s property with respect, will keep them informed regarding the timing of their visits and leave the workplace in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the day.
